Refund Periods Print

  • 0

This article summarizes when you can receive a refund. The full conditions are in our [Terms of Service]; if there is any difference, the Terms prevail.

Shared hosting

Shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee, valid only for each customer's first purchase.

Non-refundable services

The following services are non-refundable once activated:

  • Dedicated nodes
  • Virtual private servers (VPS)
  • Reseller accounts
  • Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
  • Third-party licenses
  • Setup fees and backup restoration fees

Third-party services

These services are provided by an external provider. They are refundable only if you request cancellation within the period shown:

Service

Refund period

NordVPN

15 days

OX App Suite

30 days

After that period you can still cancel the service, but no refund will be issued.

European Union consumers

If you purchase as an individual for non-professional purposes and reside in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from any service within 14 calendar days of purchase, without giving a reason. This also applies to the services listed above as non-refundable, with two exceptions:

  • If you asked for the service to start immediately, the proportional amount for the days used is deducted.
  • Domains are non-refundable once registered.

How to request a refund

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Open the service and select Request Cancellation, choosing immediate cancellation.
  3. If the service is refundable, open a ticket with the billing department stating the service.

We issue refunds to the original payment method within 14 days of your request. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account depends on our payment service provider and your bank or card issuer.

Cancellation without a refund

If you cancel a service outside its refund period, you can choose to have the cancellation take effect at the end of the period already paid. You keep the service until that date and no further invoice is generated.
