Pricing Update for 2022

As a customer, we know that the last thing you want to hear is anything related to price changes.

However, as a company we try to be as transparent as possible and every year we must re-evaluate our costs and pricing structure and make the necessary changes.

It has been almost 2 years and COVID-19 brought with it an economic crisis never seen before. We have continued to strive to offer the best service at the best price. Continually adding new features and improving our services, all to the extent possible without increasing our prices.

Due to rising overhead and vendor costs, we will be increasing our prices on all of our services, with the smallest increase being 15% and the maximum being 25%.

 

January 1, 2022 is the date on which this increase will become effective. 

 

While we would prefer to absorb the increases and leave our prices unchanged, it simply cannot happen as we have sought to keep our prices intact since 2016 and our margins are already too small for our current costs, let alone an increase.

This inability to absorb this latest price increase has forced us to reevaluate our services and rates in general. We took a close look at our current features, pricing and where we are headed as a digital service provider. In doing so, we have found that in order to continue to provide a high level of service and features, we can no longer continue to offer our services at rates well below the industry average and instead move towards a sustainable pricing model.

Our goal is to remain sustainable and continue to provide our clients with the highest level of service possible, without sacrificing features and/or quality.
